Zzzzzzz... Essential Oils for SLEEP! #recipes

Good quality sleep is the cornerstone to good health. Our bodies heal while we are sleeping, and when we struggle with insomnia or don't sleep restfully there's a domino effect that trickles down affecting our mood, our productivity, our relationships and more.
Show of hands how many of you just don't function well on poor sleep? This tired mama right here can attest to this! I am a GROUCH when I'm tired!!
Even when I get less than the ideal amount of sleep though (hello children!), I can still get good quality sleep, and this helps mitigate the lack of quantity!
Most people know that lavender is relaxing, or that a cup of chamomile tea will make them sleepy; but there are actually a ton of different oils out there with sedative qualities that can help you obtain a better night of sleep.
And here's the thing guys- there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every single person's body is different and just because something works for most people doesn't mean it will work for you in the same way.
That doesn't mean that you should throw your hands up and give up on the idea of restful sleep! Listen to your body, experiment with different combinations and figure out what works for YOU!!

In an 8oz spray bottle
4oz distilled water
4oz Witch Hazel

Other Tips
* Apply 1-2 drops of Valor on the back of the neck along the brain stem 20 minutes before bed.
* Apply Stress Away or Tranquil Roll On to the back and sides of neck and on the temples.
* 1 drop of Gentle Baby diluted and gently massaged in along your baby’s spine before bed.
* Try different combinations to see what works best for you, and switch up your combinations every now and then to get optimal results! Our bodies sometimes become accustomed to certain oils and they lose their effectiveness. Simply switching to something else for a few days and then switching back can reset your body.
* Apply your bedtime oils (diluted) to the belly button and gently rub in. Our belly buttons have thousands of veins and act as a highway to the rest of our body.
